Since
the mid 1990's DJ Karim has been responsible for bringing to
us a number of new musical genres, Hard NRG being just one phrase
you could use to describe his unique brand of musical production and
remixing skills.
Karim came to prominence in 1996 at the London club Warriors
at Turnmills when his blisteringly hard sets filled the venue each
and every Sunday night/Monday morning.
Since then he has played at most of the U.K's major hard dance events
including Trade and Fish and is known internationally
for his uncompromising mixing style and choice of music.
His first major forays into music production came when he joined up
with London Hard House/NRG label Tinrib Recordings to write
and remix with Jon Bell (aka Captain Tinrib).
Since then, Karim has gone on to produce and remix material for his
own label Do Not Bend and more recently has been responsible for remixing
one of Hard House's classic moments - Music is Moving by Cortina on
Nukleuz Records.
