EJ Doubell

EJ Doubell is a name synonymous with the ever-increasing popularity of Hard NRG & Hard Trance music in the United Kingdom since the mid 1990's.

From her early days DJing at notorious London club FF, Emma has become a major player in the development of this musical genre. She has pioneered a technique of mixing - a unique combination of hard, sometimes dark, dance music - with a melody and intensity that just MAKES you wanna dance!

From 2001 Emma has been a proud resident DJ at London's (in)famous and innovative late-nighter - TRADE - where earlier this year she became the world's first female DJ to play a twelve hour set.

She is also well-known for her sets across the UK and the world, having played as far afield as Australia and Japan.

Until recently she was resident at DJ Blu Peter's Sunday club Melt and continues to play storming sets at The Torture Garden, The Gallery at Turnmills and she was a resident at the the London fetish club FIST until its' close.

Emma has an enviable string of musical compositions under her belt, including Axiatonal on Chug'n'Bump Records plus You Gotta (Just Do It) and Barramundi/Outback on Enterpress Records.

Since 1998 she has compiled and mixed the FIST CD compilation albums with DJ Karim on Torture Garden Records.
